It is the middle of winter in Signum, and people from all five nations are making plans for evacuation to high ground- the next Quake is estimated to be only weeks away, and those who live on sea level are evacuating from the seaside to cities in the mountains and plains.
The last Quake was approximately twenty years ago, and absolutely decimated the Gulean city of Chalcedony, reducing it to nothing but rubble and leaving an enormous pit in its wake. Many fear for which nation it will target next. And in this period, coincidentially, the wintertime meeting between the five on Central Isle is set to continue as normal. As snow covers the northern grounds, people can only wait in trepidation as the next few tense dates come to pass.
