Raito Furusawa- 23 years old
A young Youko representative who resides in Chione, Raito is a linguist and translator who helps to moderate correspondence between the nations. Despite his prideful nature and the smirk often planted on his face, Raito is a well-mannered gentleman who highly values peace. He sails to Center Isle with every single meeting had between nations to act as a negotiator and a translator for the representative of each country.
Yuu Furusawa- 16 years old
Raito's junior by seven years and his beloved little sister, Yuu is a resident of Inari Village who can usually be seen running back and forth between the old row houses to give the residents surveys. She's an intellectual young analyst who keeps tabs on Argent's population, and is considered an annoyance by some and a prodigy by others. Despite her mathematical talents, she's a confident fighter who doubles as a gate guardian of Inari Village during desperate times.
Luana Noxwill- 30 years old
Ms. Noxwill is the kindhearted headmaster of the Arcane Academy, as well as a devoted priestess to Naga. While she may be a Seer, she chooses to use only Staves and healing magic due to her pacifistic tendencies, contrasting from her sister's proficiency in Anima Magic. She loves each and every one of her students, and is known to get excited like a young child when teaching. Despite her naive and gentle personality, witnesses say that she is extremely fearsome when angered and is also capable of using Light magic tomes.
Shirou Matsuki- 47 years old
The Youko life cycle is a difficult one indeed- especially for the eternal teenager that happens to be Shirou "Whitewater" Matsuki. A man who has been in his puberty for the last thirty-three years, he is a diplomat who oversees the Furusawa siblings and acts as a military captain in Argent. A seven-tails, his judgement is rarely ever questioned despite his quick temper and belligerent attitude. While he is very bright and also rather bold, he is nowhere near as bright nor as bold as he believes himself to be.
Sable
Leonardo Forte- 25 years old
Duke Forte is the newest ruler of Sable, after the previous manor leader passed leadership to him approximately five years ago after seeing Leonardo as more fit for the throne than himself. Leonardo is an extremely stoic individual who rarely says much, and usually expresses very little through facial cues and such. Noted for bearing a very strong resemblance to his brother and father, he is thought of as a nearly flawless successor to his father.
Alexander Forte- 19 years old
Alexander is the younger sibling of Duke Forte, and is the next in line to obtain the throne. Very little is known about him other than his mastery in both dark magic and the blade. Despite all odds, he speaks even less frequently than his brother, and most mistake him for being mute upon first meeting him. He contends that words with too much added beside the necessities will often become lies, and he places himself as a man who only speaks the truth.
Raisel Lodestone- 35 years old
A top-ranking knight with proficiency in every type of physical weapon, he is considered the creme de la creme when it comes to warriors. Captain of the Sablese Army, he is widely respected even by those who oppose him.
Gules
Adria Svelte- 25 years old
The current ruler of Gules, Adria is a relatively new ruler due to House Svelte only coming into power about five years ago, and her inheritance of the throne spanning only three years thus far. Despite this, Adria has become quite popular with the populace, her hopes for equality driving a stake into the Gules-Sable relationship, but giving her the feel of the beginner of a new, fresh generation. She is also quite handy with a spear, and uses one as her primary weapon.
Vert
Ina- 498 years old
Naga's high priestess. Ina is a young Manakete girl who appears to be about twelve years old, but is in reality nearly five hundred years old, despite her cute and childlike demeanor. She has a direct mental link with Naga, and channels the goddess when asked.
Kai- 5,290 years old
Kai is the current Manakete in power over Verte, and that looks as if it will not be changing in the future. One of the few Vertian Manaketes who clearly appear to be adults, Kai's fearsome looks belie a rather caring personality. He's a bit awkward when it comes to expressing himself, and he stubbornly speaks in a dialect from quite a few centuries ago.
Azure
Gin Fujimaki- 19 years old
A young Seer swordsman who is the prince of Azure. Despite Azure's reputation as a country of peace and mitigating strife, Gin could be accurately described as a worshiper of the blade who has an affinity for battle and conflict. He has something of a fiery personality, and he obtained that nasty scare on the left side of his face during a duel with an Arcthunder wielder. His eye remains permanently dilated, giving his face an odd asymmetry.
Toma Fujimaki- 22 years old
Gin's half-brother, Toma is a Youko military captain who is missing his right eye. Some see it as a curse or bad omen that both brothers obtained wounds on the left side of their faces, but Toma is rather sensitive about his own wound. He is one of few Youko who choose to use their shifted form for physical power over raw magical ability, and is fittingly muscular in appearance.
Yami Shingetsu- 30 years old
Yami is a Youko mercenary who works in an entire mercenary stronghold with others. Rather than the military, Azure often hires out mercenaries for any work that needs to be done, and thus hitmen and hitwomen such as Yami are often used for dangerous jobs. Both a noble guard and a ruthless mercenary, Yami's judgement is never to be questioned when it comes to the right angle for a kill. Never underestimate her for her young appearance.
Estella T. Noxwill- 30 years old
Luana's twin sibling and the headmaster of the Mankai School of Magic, Estella is a Seer who is highly proficient in Anima magic and setting things on fire. Together, the sisters founded what is known as the 'Gemini Treaty', which dictates that both schools will aid one another in times of crisis, and that if Argent and Azure were ever to go to war, the denizens of both schools would remain neutral. Estella herself is known for her fiery attitude and strictness when it comes to teaching.
